Overview

Eric is the barber at Greymane Camp in Crimson Desert. He runs the Barber Shop tent and provides hair, beard, eyebrow, and tattoo customization services for all three playable characters. Eric is recruited alongside Connor and Oliver (the dye merchant) during the "A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery" faction quest.

Every customization option Eric offers is purely cosmetic and has no effect on gameplay stats or combat performance. All appearance options are earned through gameplay, with no microtransactions or premium currency involved.

Eric provides the following customization services at the Barber Shop tent. Each visit costs a small amount of in-game gold, with the fee varying by modification type. All changes can be previewed before confirming and paying.

How to Recruit

Eric is recruited by completing the "A Rumor at the Inksworth Bindery" faction quest. This quest is part of the Grounds of the Sunrise questline. The quest reunites Kliff with Connor, Oliver, and Eric at a waterfall overlooking Howling Hill.

Unlocking Eric requires progressing through a lengthy series of camp faction quests that involve building up the camp, recruiting members, and completing multiple mission-based objectives. Be aware that one step in the chain involves growing an apple tree that takes 4.5 to 5 in-game days to mature, which is the single biggest time bottleneck in the process.

Eric's Request

Eric issues a Greymane Commission called "Eric's Request." This faction quest involves delivering Eric's proposal to a nearby village. After hearing the news, Eric is full of joy. Completing the quest rewards Greymane +50 reputation.
