Conqueror of Spires is a Bronze trophy awarded for completing every Spire Challenge in Crimson Desert. The in-game description reads "Climbing ever higher has opened the way toward the skies above." Spires are tall vertical puzzle towers scattered across Pywel that gate access to the Abyss sky islands.
There are 8 Spire Challenges tracked under the Land Meets Sky tab in the Journal. Each spire contains a multi-floor puzzle that ends at an Abyss Gate on the summit, which teleports you to sky islands containing loot, crafting recipes, and Abyss Artifacts. Some spires are freely accessible; others require keys obtained during story quests. Completing all 8 counts as one of the nine subcategories needed for the Expert Explorer gold trophy.

Work through the spires in roughly the order shown above. Three are accessible from the start, making them ideal early targets. The story spires unlock naturally during Chapter 5 and Chapter 9, so prioritize the free-access towers first and mop up the remainder alongside story progress.
Every spire uses a different puzzle mechanic. Spire of Insight requires finding and placing objects in riddle bowls. Spire of the Stars asks you to match four symbols (infinity, circle, square, triangle) to engraved stones on an elevator. Spire of Soaring features a Skybridge puzzle built around Vertical Flight. The Spire of Clockwork uses gear rotation to align platforms. For room-by-room walkthroughs see Spire Challenges.
Reaching a spire's summit rewards loot at the Abyss Gate and counts the challenge as complete. Some drops include the Alchemy Recipe for Gold Bars (Spire of Insight) and a Crafting Manual for Two-Handed Weapons. You do not need to collect every sky-island loot item for the trophy; reaching the gate is enough.

Unlock Force Palm and its upgrades before attempting the Spire of Clockwork and Spire of the Stars. Both towers use Force Palm to press switches and interact with machinery; running the tower without the skill leaves you stuck at the lower floors. Concentrated Light is useful in the Spire of Insight for targeted puzzle interactions.
Read every inscription and examine statues before leaving a floor. Several spires hide lever or switch prompts behind slightly out-of-frame decorations, and it is easy to climb past a mechanism without triggering it. The game does not always give a waypoint inside the tower.
Keep at least one empty inventory slot when you reach a summit Abyss Gate. Sky islands drop Abyss Artifacts and recipes that go straight into your bag; a full inventory can cause pickups to silently fail on older patches.
Conqueror of Spires is one of the four exploration trophies that combine into Expert Explorer. The others are Pilgrim of Wonders (60 Secret Places), Maze Pathfinder (4 Mazes), and Puzzle Solver (37 Ancient Ruins). Completing all four and five additional subcategories awards the Expert Explorer gold trophy and progresses the Pywel Legend platinum.
