Sizlek, the leader of the Fundamentalist Goblins who was occupying the ruined chapel, was defeated.

Access via Parish of Solomon

The Bloodied Sanctum is the final step of the Hernandian Parish of Solomon questline, which itself is gated behind substantial House Celeste progress. Players need to push Celeste through its legendary animals and legendary hunter subchains first. That unlocks the parish line, which begins with Mysterious Arrow and ends with the approach to the ruined chapel where this quest takes place.

Ruined Chapel Boss Fight

Inside the chapel the player faces Sysleck the Insatiable, leader of the Fundamentalist Goblins who had turned the structure into their hideout. Defeating him clears the parish line and drops the Shadow Gloves as the signature reward, a consumable that grants one minute of total stealing immunity. The Goldbranch Plate Crown and the Greedy Lightningblade drop alongside the gloves.

Quest Line

Bloodied Sanctum is the final step of the Hernandian Parish of Solomon faction quest line in the Hernand region. The mission has Kliff push fundamentalist goblins out of the Ruined Chapel and then defeat their leader, Sizlek.

Prerequisites

The parish line is gated behind substantial House Celeste progress: players have to push House Celeste through its legendary animals and legendary hunter subchains to unlock the parish quests, which begin with Mysterious Arrow and lead up to the Ruined Chapel.
