Overview

Blinding Arrow Cloth Cloak is a High Quality Cloth Armor cloak piece in Crimson Desert. A cloak worn by members of the Blinding Arrows. They present themselves as a militia, but the materials used to craft this gear were plundered from innocent civilians.
