Overview

Blackwing Mask is a piece of Headgear in Crimson Desert. It is the strongest plate headgear in the game, providing 4 Defense alongside a Movement Speed Lv.1 bonus, a combination no other plate helm offers. Its Reinforcement gauge of 40/40 with a maximum bonus of Defense +6 makes it one of the most upgradeable headgear pieces available.

How to Obtain

The Blackwing Mask is obtained as a rare reward or through specific quest progression. It is not available from standard vendors or through crafting. Players should look for it in late-game content areas and high-difficulty encounters.

The mask is associated with the Blackwing faction and related questlines. Completing faction-specific objectives may unlock access to this piece of equipment.

Refinement and Upgrades

The Blackwing Mask supports refinement upgrades at the blacksmith in Hernand. It has a reinforcement gauge of 40/40, allowing players to increase its defense stat over time. Materials required depend on the armor type: plate helms need ores from mining, leather headgear needs hides from hunting, and cloth headgear needs fabric materials.
