Between Herbs and Poisons is a Life Challenge in Crimson Desert. This knowledge-collection challenge requires discovering every type of mushroom, medicinal herb, and poisonous herb in Pywel.

Pick up the Sealed Abyss Artifact north of Skallcove in Pailune to register the challenge. Then travel throughout Pywel gathering herbs and mushrooms. Each new plant species you encounter and harvest adds to your knowledge. The knowledge entries unlock as you discover and interact with each unique plant type.
This is one of the most time-consuming life challenges due to the large number of medicinal herbs (22) required.
Herbs and mushrooms grow in specific biomes. Explore forests, meadows, swamps, and mountain areas to find them all.
Blessing of Nature III is the Abyss Core reward for completion.
Poisonous herbs are rarer and often found in darker or more dangerous areas.
