The Baltheon Plate Helm is the renamed and rebalanced successor to the Rekhia Plate Helm, introduced as a rename and tuning pass in Patch 1.04.00. The pre-1.04 piece could not be worn by any playable character; the patch renamed it, raised it to a wearable item, and made it equippable on Kliff as the head slot of the Baltheon Armor outfit.

• Tuned so Kliff can equip it. The pre-1.04 version was flagged as damaged beyond repair and could only be sold or donated.

• Recategorized as part of the Baltheon outfit rather than the Rekhia line, so it now pairs visually with the Baltheon Armor chest.

How to Obtain

The helmet is acquired through the same plate-armor loot and vendor channels covered by the rest of 1.04's outfit rework. Saves that already had a Rekhia Plate Helm in storage at the time of the patch see the item update in place to the new name and equippable status; new copies can be looted or purchased going forward under the Baltheon name.
