Anvil Basin is a natural spring located on Anvil Hill in the Hernand region. Clear, cold waters bubble up continuously from this spring and flow into the Nas River, breathing life into the surrounding ecosystem. The basin sits at the base of Anvil Hill and feeds the river systems that wind through eastern Hernand.
Anvil Basin is situated at the foot of Anvil Hill in eastern Hernand. The spring water originates from underground sources within the hill and collects in the basin before flowing downhill toward the Nas River. Nearby locations include Anvil Riverside, Anvil Riverside Terrace, and Anvil Hill Cave.
