Ancient's Necklace

Initial version (2026-03-26)
The Ancient's Necklace is a Necklace accessory in Crimson Desert. It provides 3 ATK and 0 DEF. Necklaces are equipped in the neck slot (one at a time) and primarily boost attack power. At higher refinement levels, necklaces also grant Spirit Regeneration, which helps sustain ability usage in prolonged fights.
The Ancient's Necklace is obtained as a reward for defeating Priscus the Ancient, a boss found in the Spire of Ringing Truth. This makes it a combat reward rather than a purchased or crafted item, and it requires players to solve a puzzle and face a challenging boss encounter to acquire.

The Ancient's Necklace is obtained by defeating Priscus the Ancient, a boss located at the Spire of Ringing Truth. The Spire of Ringing Truth is found west of Waywards Woods in Pailune, atop a mountain that can be reached by climbing or through the Abyss Nexus if previously unlocked.
To access the boss arena:
Travel to the Spire of Ringing Truth in western Pailune.
Climb to the top of the tower.
Shoot the bell at the top, causing it to fall and open a hole in the floor.
Drop down through the opening to reach the basement where Priscus the Ancient awaits.
Defeating Priscus rewards the Ancient's Necklace along with other drops tied to the Aeserion's Scales quest chain.
At 3 ATK, the Ancient's Necklace provides a moderate attack boost. The Finely Crafted Gold Necklace and Saint's Necklace are stronger alternatives available later in the game.
The necklace can be refined at a Blacksmith to improve its stats and unlock Spirit Regeneration at higher refinement levels.
The Spire of Ringing Truth is one of several Ancient Ruins locations that contain boss encounters and valuable loot.
Players should come prepared with healing items and appropriate gear before challenging Priscus the Ancient, as the boss fight can be difficult without proper preparation.
