Castlevania: Belmont's Curse ships in three forms: a digital Standard Edition, a digital Midnight Edition, and a physical Midnight Edition. Pre-orders opened on June 8, 2026. Release is October 15, 2026 on every platform.
Editions
Edition | Price | Contents |
|---|---|---|
Digital Standard | $29.99 / £24.99 | The main game. |
Digital Midnight | $39.99 / £34.99 | The main game, the Digital Sound and Art Gallery, and three in-game items. |

Midnight Edition Contents
Item | Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
Digital Sound and Art Gallery | Separate application | 71 music tracks and over 100 pieces of artwork including concept art and production sketches. It installs as its own application rather than as content inside the game. See Soundtrack. |
Trevor Style Costume | In-game item | An alternate outfit for Rose. |
Sypha Style Costume | In-game item | An alternate outfit for Rose. |
Family's Grace | In-game item | A Relic, which makes it a gameplay item rather than a cosmetic. Japanese name 家族の肖像. |
Pre-Order and Early Purchase Bonus
Pre-ordering or buying early on any edition adds the Alucard Style Costume for Rose. The physical version requires an additional download to get it. This costume is the only form Alucard takes in the game.
Physical Extras in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Two extras have been announced for the physical Midnight Edition at selected retailers in that region: a SteelBook, and a premium Rose Belmont tarot card printed with exclusive artwork by Katsuya Terada, who also produced the game's key art. Konami's own wording is conditional. The participating retailers have not been announced, and Konami advises checking local retailers for availability and stock, so neither extra should be treated as guaranteed with any particular pre-order.
Japanese Retailer Bonuses
Konami has published a full retailer bonus list in Japan. All of the bonuses below are attached to the Nintendo Switch release.
Retailer | Bonus |
|---|---|
KONAMI STYLE | Two-piece cloth poster set, sold as a paid bonus |
Asakusa Mach! | B5 tapestry |
Animate | B2 multi-cloth |
Amazon | Wallpaper |
amiami | Acrylic keyholder |
Otakara Souko Group | 32 mm can badge |
Joshin | Wallpaper |
BOOKOFF | Acrylic board, online shop only |
Rakuten Books | Acrylic keyholder |
WonderGOO | Acrylic stand, online shop only |
Konami's standing caveats apply to all of these: promotional images are illustrative, bonus designs and contents may change, stock is limited, and pre-order timing varies from one retailer to another.
Physical Availability
The published retailer lists cover Xbox and Nintendo Switch physical releases. No PlayStation 5 physical edition appears in them, so PlayStation 5 buyers should expect digital only unless Konami announces otherwise. In Japan the physical release is on Nintendo Switch.
Konami has not published a Japanese recommended retail price in the material available, so none is listed here.
What Is Not Included
There is no season pass, no battle pass, no in-game currency and no announced downloadable content. The game is a one-time purchase and is single-player only. Konami has described the game as the first of its 40th-anniversary projects for the series, which is a statement about future Castlevania releases rather than about post-launch content for this one.
