Training and Evolution Materials
October 24, 2026 at 01:43 PM
Add remaining elemental stones, Star Essence and regional Resonance sources, core-skill materials and Sparkling conversion items.
Training materials develop different parts of an Aniimo. Growth items provide EXP, Awakening materials raise Acquired Potential, Dewdrop Crystals support Resonance, and evolution materials belong to specific branches. Check the selected creature and its Training or Evolution requirements before spending a rare item.
Aniimo Training and Growth; Evolution Lines; Inheritance
The three Growth items provide different amounts of Aniimo EXP. Their acquisition lists overlap, so use the smaller items when only a small amount of EXP is needed.
Item | Rarity | Aniimo EXP | Acquisition |
|---|---|---|---|
Growth Bud | Uncommon | 1,000 | Credit Shop; releasing Aniimo; Home production; exploration chests; pottery jars; dirt mounds |
Growth Flower | Rare | 5,000 | Credit Shop; progression rewards; releasing Aniimo; Home production; chests; pottery jars; redeem-code rewards while available |
Growth Fruit | Epic | 25,000 | Elite Training; Credit Shop; progression rewards; Home production; Companion Handbook; chests; courses; Stamp Rush Shop |
Open Training to review the required material and the displayed gain. The items below do not establish a universal Potential increase per unit. Star Dust, Star Sand, Starcryst Essence and Star Essence retain their separate names.
Material | Rarity | Purpose | Acquisition |
|---|---|---|---|
Star Dust | Rare | Capability Awakening; raises Acquired Potential | Elite Training; Alpha defeats; progression rewards; Pathfinder Challenges; Companion Handbook; Shop; Stamp Rush Shop |
Star Sand | Epic | Capability Awakening; raises Acquired Potential | Elite Training; Alpha defeats; progression rewards; Pathfinder Challenges; Companion Handbook; Shop; Item Exchange |
Starcryst Essence | Legendary | Raises Acquired Potential | Elite Training; Omega defeats; Stamp Shop; Holo-Battle Interlink; Item Exchange; Companion Handbook; progression rewards; Holo-Battle Sim |
Phenomena Crystal | Legendary | High-tier ascension training | Elite Pathfinder Challenges; Stamp Rush Shop; Companion Handbook; progression rewards; Elite Training courses |
Star Shard | Legendary | Exchange ten for one Star Essence at an Outpost vendor | Defeat Omegas |
Star Essence | Legendary | Raises Acquired Potential | Elite Training; Omega defeats; Fun Stamp Collection Shop; Holo-Battle Interlink; Item Exchange; Companion Handbook; progression rewards |
Elite Pathfinder Challenges award Phenomena Crystals through NPC victories in Twine Mode. The Stamp Rush listing offers two Phenomena Crystals for 1,500 Windborn Stamps after 11,500 cumulative Windborn Stamps spent. The Companion Handbook reward schedule includes one at Advanced level 60 and one at free-track level 70. Check the active shop and handbook before relying on a seasonal reward.
A Capafruit increases Innate Potential by one in each of the six attributes. An Aniimo can consume only one. Its effects transfer through inheritance; raising a replacement creature does not require feeding it another fruit for those transferred effects.
Material | Rarity | Use | Acquisition |
|---|---|---|---|
Capafruit | Legendary | One-point Innate Potential increase in all six attributes; one fruit per Aniimo | Elite Training; Outpost Vendor Item Exchange; Item Shop; Companion Handbook; Season Stamp Shop |
Capaseed | Legendary | Exchange 20 for one Capafruit | Nurture Branch rewards using Lumin Amber; Premium Custom Pack |
Route | Requirement or cost | Reward |
|---|---|---|
Outpost Vendor Item Exchange | 20 Capaseeds | 1 Capafruit |
Item Shop | 1,000 Glimmer or 1,000 Lumin Crystals | Capafruit |
Companion Handbook, Advanced track | Level 40 | 1 Capafruit |
Companion Handbook, free track | Level 60 | 1 Capafruit |
Season Stamp Shop | 300 Windborn Stamps after 6,000 cumulative Windborn Stamps spent | Capafruit |
Premium Custom Pack | 588 Lumin Crystals | Up to 20 Capaseeds, alongside other selected rewards |
Reach the remote exchange through Shop, Corner Shop, Exchange, Outpost Vendor, then Item Exchange. Seasonal shop and handbook rewards depend on the active reward screen. A shop listing does not remove the one-fruit consumption limit.
Material | Rarity | Use | Acquisition |
|---|---|---|---|
Breezy Plains Dewdrop Crystal | Epic | Resonance Star-up | Elite Training; Alpha defeats; progression rewards; Pathfinder Challenges; Companion Handbook; Shop; Fun Stamp Collection Shop; chests; world-exploration shells |
Whisperwake Isles Dewdrop Crystal | Epic | Resonance Star-up | Defeat Omegas |
The Resonance screen gives the star requirement and material quantity for the chosen creature. The name of one regional crystal does not establish that every region uses the same material.
An elemental stone is one part of an evolution recipe. A branch can also require a level, a defeated Alpha, a location, a Talent or a Potential threshold. The number of stones differs between branches: consult Evolution Lines and the creature profile.
Material | Rarity | Element or use | Acquisition and approach |
|---|---|---|---|
Blaze Stone | Epic | Fire | Defeat Alpha Scorchhowl at the three-stone monolith in Beast Fang Ridge, east of Sanctum: Water to Ice |
Night Stone | Epic | Dark | Defeat Alpha Stellarys in the star-shaped grassland north of the Forest of Falling Stars Outpost |
Gust Stone | Epic | Wind | Defeat Alpha Turbo in Nimbus Fields, northeast of First Spark Sanctum |
Sprout Stone | Epic | Grass | Defeat Alpha Leafy in Mistwoods, in the grove northeast of Breezy Plains Branch |
Loam Stone | Epic | Earth | Defeat Alpha Bouldus on the small hill northeast of Mudstone Pass Bloom in Berylline Vale |
Freeze Stone | Epic | Ice | Defeat Alpha Glynsera in western Beast Fang Ridge, below an ice cave blocked by burnable vines or solid ice |
Wave Stone | Epic | Water | Defeat Alpha Panpanta on the shore north of Echoback Landing Bloom |
Roar Stone | Epic | Lightning | Defeat Alpha Blazen on the mountaintop south of Blitzwood |
Light Stone | Epic | Light | Progression rewards; the exact level and quantity are not specified |
Flux Crystal | Epic | Can replace an elemental evolution material | Elite Training; progression rewards; Companion Handbook; Shop; exploration chests |
An Alpha drop listing does not guarantee a fixed number on every clear. Flux Crystals substitute for elemental materials; this does not establish that they replace a branch quest or a unique evolution unlock.
Material | Rarity | Evolution | How to obtain and use |
|---|---|---|---|
Soul of Electric Shock | Legendary | Advanced Companion Handbook level 10. Obtaining it unlocks the Fulmintis branch. | |
Stamen of Cubbo's Rose | Epic | Attack the rose while Twined, then immediately Twine with Budsquire to avoid its sleep effect. Rosetower Woods has a higher chance of yielding the material; a drop is not guaranteed. |
The Fulmintis unlock is also called Fulminous Soul. It is a different requirement from an elemental stone. Check the active Advanced Companion Handbook for paid-track availability. The Melloblum material listing does not specify a universal number of stamens per evolution.
A Psyche Fruit changes an Aniimo personality. It costs 100 Glimmer from Joff at an Outpost, with the same shop reachable through Shop, Item, then Glimmer. Use it from the Aniimo Items inventory category. It applies immediately without a second confirmation, so select the intended creature first.
Psyche Fruits are also rewards from Tracing the Trail: The Shadow of Legend, scheduled for September 20 to December 9, 2026. The fruit description does not establish whether the new personality is chosen or random.
Material | Type and rarity | Use | Acquisition |
|---|---|---|---|
Prismatic Stone | Training Item; Legendary | Enhances an Aniimo core skill | Fun Stamp Collection Shop; Item Exchange; progression rewards |
Prismatic Stone Fragment | Training Item; Legendary | An Outpost vendor exchange lists 20 Prismatic Stone Shards for one Prismatic Stone | Catch Completion rewards |
Sparkling Mark | Trait Mark; Legendary | Transforms an Aniimo into Sparkling Aniimo | Report Sparkling Aniimo |
The exchange uses the label Prismatic Stone Shards. Check the vendor requirement against the material in your inventory before spending it. The core-skill screen shows the upgrade quantity for the selected Aniimo.
Reporting a Sparkling Aniimo can supply a Sparkling Mark. Check the report reward before proceeding; the item description does not specify a universal Mark yield or every creature that can receive the conversion.
