Lunara
September 17, 2026 at 12:22 AM
Initial version (2026-09-17)
Lunara is entry No. 99996 in the Aniimo index, a Holy creature that fights in the DPS role. Its eyes shimmer with the deep blue light of the moon, and mysterious patterns surface across it when it wields that power.
Lunara was an official name long before it was an entry: it appeared in beta-era event notices while the index carried no data for it at all, and a full entry only arrived when the index was rebuilt for the September 16, 2026 launch build. Its number sits outside the 001 to 082 run, in the special block it shares with Irisalis, Dazmand, Fulmintis, Little Fire Spirit and Helion. Wild Aniimo are taken with Aniipods, and once caught this one can be raised, sent into battle, kept at The Homeland, or traded to another player.
During the 2026 global closed beta, an official event notice grouped Lunara with a set of special Aniimo that could not be sealed into an egg for carryover, alongside Helion, Irisalis, Fulmintis, Dazmand, Besauce and Somniwing. Every one of those seven is present in the launch index.

The index publishes six base values for every Aniimo plus an Attributes total that adds them together. ATK drives damage, BREAK is what wears down an enemy's guard, P.DEF and M.DEF cover the two damage types, and REGEN governs how quickly resources come back. These are base figures and balance changes can move them. Lunara is one of only two creatures that are Holy in their Basic Form, the other being Helion, and its stat line is built around ATK.

BREAK | 64 |
P.DEF | 72 |
M.DEF | 72 |

The index gives Lunara no evolution component at all, which makes it one of only two entries with none, the other being Helion. There is a complication worth flagging: the description of its innate skill Selene's Judgment says the move evolves Lunara into Fennelun, yet Fennelun has no entry in the launch index and no line connects the two. As of September 17, 2026 that skill text is the only place the launch index names Fennelun, and the index publishes nothing that explains it.
Only the Basic Form has been published for Lunara. No environment, weather or Prismana Form variant appears for it in the index as of September 17, 2026.
No habitat is published for Lunara. Its entry leaves the habitat list empty as of September 17, 2026, in common with the other special-number entries, so the index gives no location to search.
Every Aniimo carries a passive Trait that is always active while it fights alongside a Pathfinder. Lunara's rewards attacking off-element, which is unusual: most Traits in the index reward hitting a target that is weak to your element.
Trait | Effect |
|---|---|
Lunar Power | When not attacking with an advantageous element, final damage increases by 30%. Casting a skill or Ultimate grants 4 stacks of Silver Moon Mark. Each basic attack hit consumes 1 stack, deals 100% extra damage, and restores 0.5% HP. |
Mobility abilities are what a Pathfinder gains while Twining with this Aniimo, so they double as traversal tools rather than combat moves. No Climb, Fly or Swim grade is published for Lunara as of September 17, 2026.
Ability | Effect |
|---|---|
Hustle | Enters Hustle state, increasing movement speed by consuming stamina. |
Lunara brings four combat skills and two innate skills into a fight. Power is the skill's published damage figure and Cost is what it draws from the resource bar.
Skill | Type | Power | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Moon Impact | Combat | 45 | 15 | Drops a full moon onto the target, triggering an explosion and dealing damage. Against a target carrying the Fox Mark it also deals small-area damage around the target equal to 10%. |
Moon-Washed | Combat | 0 | 0 | Bathes in moonlight and recovers 20 EP. |
Lunar Eclipse | Combat | 60 | 20 | Pours the power of moonlight onto the target, dealing heavy additional BREAK damage scaled to the level of the Aniimo. |
Lumin Bolts | Combat | 55 | 20 | Fires 3 light missiles at targets, prioritizing different targets. Applies the Fox Mark to targets hit, reducing their Light Resistance by 5%. Stacks up to 3 times and lasts 10s. |
ATK | Innate | 6 | 0 | Wields the power of light to attack targets from a distance. |
Selene's Judgment | Innate | 167 | 0 | Unleashes Selene’s Judgment on nearby targets for heavy damage, evolves into Fennelun, and increases its damage by 15% until combat ends. Also gains 4 stacks of Silver Moon Mark. |
The index also publishes a Resonance Training table on this entry. As of September 17, 2026 it lists the same two unlocks on every creature in the index, at character level 55 and level 65, each costing Omnisource Crystal.
