Community character databases list her as an announced playable role, but her sheer scale of power, specifically the ability to control meteors and take on a giant form, sets her apart from the game's more grounded urban cast.

The event appears to be one of the larger Chaos incidents in the game's backstory, the kind of catastrophe that motivates the task force the player's Captain leads. Her investigator framing suggests she is looking for answers about the disaster, though multiple sources note that "the fate of the city and its inhabitants is largely in her hands," a phrase that carries a deliberately ambiguous tone regarding her motives.

Two Dila-specific powers are documented across sources:

• Meteor control. She can manipulate meteors, which community write-ups frame as high-damage area-of-effect output. Whether she summons meteors, redirects existing ones, or both has not been clarified in detail.

Coverage of Dila notes that the early previews "give the impression" that she might serve as an antagonist. This framing is speculative rather than confirmed: the same sources hedge by saying the fate of the city is in her hands, which can read as either hero or villain depending on context. Her investigator status for the meteor disaster would normally align her with the A.C.D. (Anti-Chaos Directorate), but no official material confirms a formal affiliation.

Status and Playable Standing

Dila was among the Project Mugen era character profiles that had their pages pulled from the official Ananta website during the September 2025 update, ahead of the Tokyo Game Show 2025 gameplay reveal. Community wikis still list her as an announced playable character, but she was not part of the four-role lineup in the January 2026 Closed Beta Test. Whether Naked Rain plans to reintroduce her in a later test, reveal her in a reworked form, or cut her entirely has not been addressed on record.
