Dila is connected to the meteor disaster that struck Nova City. She investigates this event, which appears to be one of the larger Chaos incidents in the game's backstory.
Abilities
Dila can control meteors and take on a giant form. These abilities are shown in trailer footage and distinguish her from the rest of the roster with a much larger scale of power.
What we don't know yet
How Dila's meteor abilities work in gameplay, her background before the disaster, and her role in the A.C.D. have not been fully detailed.
