Arma Sphera is a small armored Nuemera variant in Alabaster Dawn. It is one of the first Nuemera the player encounters that punishes the wrong weapon hit type, and it serves as the first practical tutorial in switching to the Hammer for a Blunt-favored encounter.

Combat
Arma Sphera is a small, ball-shaped Nuemera covered in a hardened armor plating. Its only attack is a forward lunge: when Juno enters its threat cone, the enemy rolls or scrambles toward her and deals contact damage on collision. The attack is easy to parry once timed, but the wind-up animation is short, so unfamiliar players will eat the first hit.
Resistances and Weaknesses
Resistant to Piercing damage (Crossbow primary, Bramble Quake Burst).
Resistant to Slashing damage (Claio Solas, Fain Solas, Leaf Blades Burst).
Weak to Blunt damage. The Hammer obliterates the enemy in a handful of hits.
Cannot be broken. The stagger meter on this enemy does not fill enough to trigger a finisher animation; the variant exists primarily to teach hit-type switching, not break management.
Where to Find
Arma Sphera first appears in Koro Valley a short distance before the Hammer weapon pickup, in a position designed to introduce the Blunt-resistant problem. After the player obtains the Hammer the encounter is trivial. Inside the Trial of Aether the variant reappears with slightly higher HP as part of the second-floor enemy gauntlet.
Drops
Arma Sphera Essence (frequent drop, used in Gem Crafting).
Tips
Save the Hammer's stamina for Arma Sphera packs; using a sword or crossbow against a group wastes mana for negligible damage.
Parrying the lunge briefly stuns the enemy and creates a free Blunt finisher window.
Pair with Leaf Blades if you do not yet have the Hammer: Brittle removes the Slash/Pierce resistance for several seconds and lets sword combos do full damage.
