Removed repeated body wikilinks, keeping the first occurrence of each target
11The Echo is the Xol light harassment flier, a Tier 2 unit assembled by merging two Rollers with a further 50 hexite and 50 flux paid on top. It carries 125 health, moves at 800 which is the fastest speed in the faction, and hits ground targets for 13 damage on a two second cycle with a bonus of +50% against Medium armour. Every attack has a chance to leave a weaker copy of itself behind: the Hallucination passive creates a hallucination on attack once every 20 seconds, and each one lasts 60 seconds.2233Figures below describe the September 2026 Early Access build, the one carrying the identifier ZS.c36778, and they move with the weekly patch cadence. Roughly half the versus roster had a stat touched in the fortnight before that build was captured, so treat every number here as dated rather than permanent.4455Stat Block6677StatValueCost50 hexite and 50 flux, on top of the two Rollers consumed by the mergeHealth125Shields0Armor0Armor typeMediumStatus resistNone listed in the entity recordMove speed800Vision18Supply2Build time16 secondsTier2DomainFlyerInfuse cost5.625Reanimate cost5.625Replicate cost5.625Merged from2 RollersUnlocked byMolten Core88Weapons991010WeaponDamageDPSRangeCooldownTargetsBonusesNebula Pulse13752sGround+50% against Medium armour1111The Echo flies but cannot shoot upward. In this build the Echo also has no molten mode, which is a change from the previous data release and is covered in the Notes below. The World Forge upgrades reach it as a Xol army unit.19192020SourceCostEffectWorld Forge, six upgrades200 flux each, 400 flux for Casting Range, 60 seconds eachPick 3 of Armor, Damage, Vitals, Weapon Range, Cooldown Reduction and Casting Range, each to 2 ranks, doubled near the Forge2121Conversion Costs22222323Replicate is the Xol conversion mechanic, paid out of the same top bar power pool as the Grell Infuse and the Legion Reanimate. Rather than buffing a unit it copies one, producing a second body from an eligible ally. Since the balance pass of August 11, 2026 it also works on molten units, at twice the usual power cost. Eligibility is not universal, and the tags on a unit record are what say which of the three conversions apply. The Echo is eligible for all three at an identical 5.625 power each.24242525Role26262727Read the Echo as an economy unit first. Since August 11, 2026 every harvester and extractor in the game carries Medium armour, and the +50% bonus takes Nebula Pulse from 13 to 19.5 against exactly those targets. Combine that with move speed 800 and vision 18 and the Echo is built to arrive somewhere undefended, kill workers faster than its raw damage suggests, and leave before an answer arrives.28282929Seven damage a second is low for a Tier 2 unit that costs two Rollers plus 50 hexite and 50 flux, so an Echo in a standing fight is contributing very little. The Hallucination passive is what converts that weak output into value elsewhere: a copy every 20 seconds, each lasting a full minute, means a group of Echoes generates a persistent cloud of targets that an opponent has to spend attention and ammunition on. The record does not publish what a hallucination does or how much health it has, so its combat contribution cannot be quantified from the data.30303131Armour is a number as well as a type. It subtracts a flat amount from every incoming hit with a floor of 1 damage, so it blunts many small hits far more than one large one. The Echo carries an armour value of 0 and 125 health, which is fragile even for a harassment flier, and Medium armour type means it is vulnerable to the same wave of bonuses that it exploits.32323333Faction Context34343535The Echo unlocks at the Molten Core alongside the Defiant and the Synapse. Because it is merged from Rollers rather than built, an Echo is a decision about what to do with bodies already on the field, and the free 20 second Unmerge introduced on August 11, 2026 means those Rollers can be recovered when the harassment window closes. See Units for the shared stat block and Resources and Economy for how workers and extractors are attacked and replaced.36363737Counters38383939Strong againstWhyHarvesters and extractorsMedium armour since August 11, 2026, and the +50% bonus raises 13 damage to 19.5 against them.Medium armoured ground unitsThe same bonus applies in a fight, including in a Xol mirror against Xythers and Gravitrons.Undefended positionsMove speed 800 and vision 18 mean an Echo arrives and leaves faster than most responses.4040Weak toWhyDedicated anti air125 health with 0 armour value dies to almost anything that can shoot upward.Enemy fliersNebula Pulse is ground only, so the Echo cannot fight back against air at all.A defended lineSeven damage a second contributes almost nothing to a standing engagement.4141Balance History42424343DateChangeAugust 11, 2026Damage bonus changed from +100% against the harvester armour type to +50% against Medium armour, when the harvester armour type was deleted and folded into Medium.September 2026 data releaseThe Echo record no longer carries Normal and Molten modes, and the passive is listed as Hallucination rather than Molten Hallucination, so it now applies without a Molten Core upgrade. No studio patch note announces this.4444Notes45454646The roster record for this unit is COMPLETE. Every core field is published.47474848The +50% bonus against Medium armour was checked against the build rather than taken from the earlier summary, and it holds. The Echo is one of six units whose bonus was converted on August 11, 2026 when the harvester armour type was deleted, and no later balance pass has touched it: the August 28, 2026 versus update contains no Xol section at all. One naming trap is worth stating plainly: there used to be a separate Harvester armour type, and it was deleted on August 11, 2026 and folded into Medium. Every bonus that keyed off it was rewritten to read against Medium armour on the same day. The armour type no longer exists in any form, whatever a unit happens to be called.49495050Two records disagree about the molten Echo. The Xol faction page states that a molten Echo creates a hallucination on attack every 20 seconds, and the previous data release backed that up with explicit Normal and Molten modes and a passive named Molten Hallucination. In this build the Echo has no modes, the passive is named Hallucination, it carries no mode requirement, and the Molten Core description lists only the Roller, the Xyther and the Spectron as units it can upgrade. The build is the newer record and is what this page follows, which means Hallucination is now an unconditional passive, but the change is undocumented by the studio and could be a data layer omission rather than a design decision.51515252Per unit numbers are drawn from a community maintained entity catalogue that the studio links from each of its own faction pages. It is the only place the full stat block is published, and it is not a studio document, so the figures are best read as careful community documentation of a build rather than as an official specification. Dated balance notes, by contrast, come straight from the studio patch posts.
