Toolbox is a crafting attachment for the Workbench in Windrose. It is the second of two attachments (Toolbox plus Sawhorse) that raise the Workbench from Level 1 to Level 3.

Recipe

The 5 Foothills Iron Ingot requirement gates the Toolbox behind the Foothills biome. To chop iron ore and smelt it, the player needs a Copper Pickaxe (craftable at an early Workbench tier) and a Smelting Furnace placed at base. A Foothills detour is typically the trigger to craft the Toolbox.

What It Unlocks

With both the Toolbox and Sawhorse placed in the same Bonfire radius, the Workbench reaches Level 3. This unlocks the Ironware recipe and a range of higher-tier building and component recipes that were not visible in the Level 1 or Level 2 Workbench panel.

Placement

• Place inside the Workbench's Bonfire build radius; cosmetic adjacency is optional

• Stacks with the Sawhorse for Workbench tier progression

• Dismantling at the Disassembly Table refunds all materials at 100%

• The 20 Nails requirement means you need either a copper or iron ingot batch on hand
