Second Mural

Initial version
The Second Mural continues the Senkamati lore sequence begun in the First Mural. By this point, generations have passed and the speaker is beginning to entertain the idea that the curse itself may be the answer to their prayers.
Twelve times twelve winters have passed since the Day of Great Sorrow. And still I walk the earth.
The mountain city grows emptier. My people flee the past as a jaguar flees a torch.
Last moon, disturbed by the curse, Yuknom rose from his tomb. We barely managed to lay him to rest again. Where he fell, the soil was blighted.
Two of my guardians smeared their spears with his blood: one grew stronger; the other succumbed to the taint.
We are afraid, but not without hope. The curse itself may yet be the answer to our prayers.
Twelve times twelve winters is 144 winters, marking 144 years passed since the events described in the First Mural. The Second Mural is the first time the lore identifies a specific risen Senkamati figure (Yuknom) and the first acknowledgment that the corruption can be weaponized. This is the lore origin point for the divergence between Plague Hunters and Plague Thralls, the two outcomes of contact with corrupted blood.
