13 Rum Bottle is a Rare-tier food item in Windrose that functions mostly as a crafting reagent rather than a standalone consumable. It does not grant a buff when drunk on its own, but it is a required ingredient in six different drink and elixir recipes, which puts it at the center of any player's combat-preparation supply chain.
