Quick Strikes is a talent in the Fencer branch of the Windrose Talent System. Flat additive damage on all one-handed melee weapons. No conditions, no ramp.

Quick Strikes is the flat-damage backbone that every one-handed build takes early. The +8% at rank 3 is unconditional, so there is no combat-condition math to do and no lost value in short engagements.
A Rapier of a Thousand Cuts doing 125 Pierce per hit becomes 135 Pierce with rank-3 Quick Strikes. Over a full 5-stack Deadly Finale chain, the total damage grows by roughly 50 to 75 across the combo, depending on crit rolls.
Applies only to one-handed weapons. Firearms are not "one-handed" for this talent; Firearm Training is the ranged equivalent.
Stacks additively with Flibustier 4P (+15% one-handed weapon damage) for +23% total flat multiplier on damage.
