The People of Tortuga Trade Goods Merchant sells the eight standard cargo categories used in faction merchant contracts. Stock and prices match the Trade Goods Merchants of the Brethren of the Coast, Rogue Buccaneers, and Smugglers of Port Royal exactly. The natural use is local sourcing: if a contract destination sits near Tortuga, the People of Tortuga TGM is the shortest pickup point.

Location

The People of Tortuga Trade Goods Merchant is stationed at the People of Tortuga Main Base. The vendor stands close to the faction's Provisioner and Bounty Agent at the same camp, so a single visit can cover all three NPCs. Travel to the main base requires sailing access and, in most cases, a faction quest first contact: see People of Tortuga for the route in.
