Outnumbered is a talent in the Toughguy branch of the Windrose Talent System. Bonus damage that triggers when at least two enemies are nearby. The functional inverse of Duelist (Fencer Tier 1).

Situational. Strong for co-op mob clears where pulls regularly hit 3+ enemies. Trap for solo boss play (single boss never triggers the condition).

Outnumbered is the group-fight specialist. The 2+ enemy requirement means it shines in camp pulls where pulls regularly hit 3-5 enemies simultaneously.
A Halberd swing in a camp with 3 enemies nearby at rank 3 Outnumbered (+10%) gains +10% to that swing's damage. On a 400 Crude base swing, that is 440 Crude, or +40 per swing across the camp clear.
Mechanical inverse of Duelist. A build focused on boss content picks Duelist; a build focused on group pulls picks Outnumbered.
Does not require the enemies to be hostile or aggroed; friendly NPCs within the radius do not count, but ambient hostile mobs do.
