The Maiden Timber is a ship hull color cosmetic in Windrose, applied at the Shipwright to customize a player ship's hull paintwork. As a stock option, Maiden Timber is available without faction reputation gating.

A light, almost golden paint that recalls freshly cut timber. The ship looks new, ready for its first fight.

How to Apply

Bring the ship to a Shipwright-built Wharf, open the customization menu, and select the matching hull slot. Maiden Timber appears in the option list once the unlock condition (Style Book or stock availability) is met.

Where to Find

Stock customization options are unlocked by default at the Shipwright. They do not require a Style Book purchase or faction reputation; the option is in the menu from the moment a ship is registered.

Compatible Ships

This cosmetic name appears in the database under the Brig-class entry, but the underlying design is shared across Brig, Frigate, and Ketch hull classes. Once the Style Book is read, the option is available for every ship class your character has built or unlocked.
