Purchased from the Brethren of the Coast Provisioner at the Brethren of the Coast. Each unit costs 20 Piastre, which is double the 10-Piastre price of the Rare-tier base tool sold by the same faction. The pattern holds across all four Improved tool variants.

There is no player-craft path for this item. It is purchased and consumed as a crafting-station unlock rather than produced from raw materials. Players who plan to push a full Epic tier of the associated armor or weapon line should budget 20 Piastre plus reputation time with the Brethren of the Coast.

What it Unlocks

Epic-tier cannon and ship equipment recipes, layered on top of the Rare-tier 12/18/24/36-pounders and Hull Bracing variants enabled by the base Shipwright's Tools.

The base-tier tool stays installed alongside the Improved variant; the two do not replace each other. The Improved variant simply adds the Epic-tier recipes to the crafting menu in addition to the Rare-tier ones already enabled.
