Hands' Lieutenant is a named Sergeant-tier officer in Blackbeard's organization, attached to Israel Hands' command branch. Two distinct variants exist in the game's quest data one tied to each step of the Lost Cargo investigation but both carry the same kit and drop list.

Combat Notes

Hands' Lieutenant follows the standard Sergeant pattern: pistol opener, saber and parry on the close, escorted by Deckhands. Unique encounter notes:

• Always positioned to defend the cargo cache or wreck the quest is investigating. Engaging too aggressively can pull a roving patrol from the camp's outer ring.

• Drops a guaranteed Guinea.

• Quest variants may drop Hands' Crew Key to unlock Blackbeard chests in the surrounding outpost.
