Hands' Lieutenant

Hands' Lieutenant is a named Sergeant-tier officer in Blackbeard's organization, attached to Israel Hands' command branch. Two distinct variants exist in the game's quest data — one tied to each step of the Lost Cargo investigation — but both carry the same kit and drop list.

Combat Notes

Hands' Lieutenant follows the standard Sergeant pattern: pistol opener, saber and parry on the close, escorted by Deckhands. Unique encounter notes:

• Always positioned to defend the cargo cache or wreck the quest is investigating. Engaging too aggressively can pull a roving patrol from the camp's outer ring.

• Drops a guaranteed Guinea.

• Quest variants may drop Hands' Crew Key to unlock Blackbeard chests in the surrounding outpost.
