Disciplined Fencer is a choice-node talent. It is paired with Evasive Fencer at the same planner position. Investing any points here locks out the paired talent until a respec.
Strong for block-focused Rapier + Pistol builds. Lower ceiling than Evasive Fencer (35% vs 55%) but more consistent to trigger.
