42+The Abandoned Buccaneer Warehouse is one of two hand-in locations for the Glorious Hunters questline. Completing the entire chain (which also requires clearing the Destroyed Buccaneer Fort and defeating three pirate ships at sea) grants the Buccaneer's Friend musket (585 Pierce damage per windrose-db) and 200 Rogue Buccaneers reputation. The Warehouse loot is the quest-item step, not the final reward.
