Wild Wild Eden takes place on an untamed planet that official materials describe as having floating lands, forgotten ancient ruins, forests, mountains and sea. Store screenshots of a pre-release build show waterfall cliffs, snowy grassland, a bamboo forest, a frozen plaza under an aurora, and an active volcano.
The Planet
The July 2026 press release describes vast forests, towering mountains, a shimmering sea and mysterious ancient ruins, along with lands floating in the sky and creatures nobody has named yet. It also mentions land where a volcano sends up smoke. The Steam store's exploration blurb begins: "Awaken in a breathtaking, uncharted primitive world." It goes on to describe bonding with companions to conquer the land, sea and sky.
The game uses high-quality anime-style graphics, which the press release sets against the realistic look of many survival games.

A hands-on report from the gamescom 2026 demo also described cherry-blossom areas alongside tundra and volcano maps.
Starting Area
Quest text in the store screenshots points to the game opening in a cave. Early quest objectives in the screenshots read "Look around and find a way out." and "The stone door has opened, exit the cave." Event demo reports describe the player starting out with very little.
Climate
The player's stats panel lists Hot Weather Resist and Cold Weather Resist, and official materials show both snowy and volcanic areas. As of October 2026, how temperature affects the player has not been explained. See Player Stats.
Building Across the World
The press release says players can build across nearly every part of the world, including on top of a waterfall or in a volcano. One of the store screenshots shows a house built above waterfalls. See Building.
Wildlife
The planet's creatures are called Aidons. Store screenshots show them kept in pens, ridden through the sky and being fought by the player. The full roster has not been announced.
Map
The M key opens a map, and the HUD has a compass strip. As of October 2026, no official region names or map layout have been published.
