Overview
Delia is a Fighter-class character who wields a bastard sword. An oversized greatsword that she swings in wide arcs with surprising speed. She's described in-game as "a strong-willed princess who carves her own destiny with every strike." Despite wielding one of the largest weapons in the game, her attack speed sits between Lann's rapid twin swords and Karok's ponderous battle pillar.
She was revealed alongside Karok in April 2025 and was first playable during the June 2025 alpha test, where she was the most played character.
Combo list
Delia's combos follow a celestial naming theme (stars, comets, planets) and branch between standard chains and Whispering Rose extensions that consume her Vigor resource.

Item | Description |
|---|---|
Wild Star | RMB (hold), a charged strong attack. Holding the button increases the damage. |
Solar Flare | LMB > RMB, a two-hit chain ending in an explosive strike. |
Rings of Saturn | LMB > LMB > RMB, a three-hit orbital sweep. |
Rising Comet | LMB > LMB > RMB > RMB, a four-hit chain ending in an upward slash. One of her core damage combos. |
Orbital Flurry | LMB > LMB > LMB > RMB, a multi-hit flurry with wide coverage. |
Falling Comet | LMB > LMB > LMB > RMB > RMB, extends Orbital Flurry with a crashing downward strike. |
Whispering Rose extensions (consume Vigor):
Whispering Rose 1: LMB > LMB > RMB > RMB > TAB, chains off Rising Comet.
Whispering Rose 2: LMB > LMB > LMB > RMB > RMB > TAB, chains off Falling Comet.
Her core damage loop revolves around Rising Comet and Falling Comet, which can be enhanced by status effects gained from landing her other smash attacks. Ion Thrust is an important SP ability that lets Delia cancel mid-combo to reposition, then resume attacking, it has no cooldown and low SP cost.
Vigor
Vigor is Delia's unique resource that sets her apart from the other characters. It powers Whispering Rose attacks and provides a passive HP bonus when full. High Vigor means Delia can effectively tank more hits than her base health pool would suggest. The management loop creates a constant decision: spending Vigor on Whispering Rose extends gives you burst damage but reduces your effective health pool. Holding onto Vigor keeps you durable but limits your offensive options.
Eclipse and Noble Retribution
Delia's defensive mechanic is Eclipse (Q/LB): a timed guard that deflects incoming attacks. The timing window is tighter than Fiona's shield guard, but the payoff is larger. A precisely timed Eclipse triggers Noble Retribution. A follow-up counter chain (Guard > RMB > TAB) that deals heavy damage. This is her Precision Action and her single highest-damage opportunity per opening.
Active Skills
Skill | Effect |
|---|---|
Fearless Slash | A wide arc attack with strong reach, good for punishing short openings. |
Bloom Waltz | A sweeping multi-target strike with area coverage. |
White Rose | Opens into a follow-up for extra burst damage. |
Blue Rose Crush | A devastating single-target finisher that can be chained for additional impact. |
Playstyle
Delia occupies a middle ground between the extremes of the other characters. She's faster than Karok, tougher than Lann (thanks to Vigor's HP bonus), and has wider coverage than Fiona. Her wide swing arcs make her effective against groups of enemies, and her charged attacks let her trade speed for damage against single targets.
The Vigor system adds a resource management layer that the other characters don't deal with. Players who enjoy timing-based combat with an extra resource to juggle will find Delia rewarding. Her Eclipse-into-Noble Retribution counter hits hard enough to justify the tighter timing window, and her celestial combo naming (Solar Flare, Rising Comet) reflects the flashy, theatrical quality of her fighting style.
That she was the most popular character during the alpha speaks to her accessibility. Wide swings forgive imprecise aim, Vigor's HP bonus cushions mistakes, and her combo extensions give experienced players room to optimize.
Weaknesses
Eclipse's narrow timing window means more missed counters for players still learning boss patterns. Her Vigor system also punishes button-mashing. Burning through Vigor without thinking leaves you both resource-starved and lower on effective health. She demands planning that the other characters don't require to the same degree.
