11 Items in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales fall into two categories: Recovery Items, which restore Life or grant temporary buffs, and Key Items, which are used for story progression, exploration, and unlocking new areas. Items cannot be sold.

55 Recovery Items are consumables used in and out of combat. Before they can be carried, they must be stored in a Glass Vial: the more Empty Glass Vials Elliot owns, the more recovery items he can bring into the field. Once a recovery item is unlocked in a later age, it also becomes available to buy in earlier ages. Prices below are for Normal difficulty; on Easy difficulty, shop prices are halved.

1515 Shards of Life are the only way to permanently increase Elliot's maximum Life, since he does not level up. Collecting four Shards of Life creates a single Drop of Life, which raises his maximum Life by one. 2626 There is no option to sell items in any shop. The only ways to earn tul are opening chests, defeating enemies, and breaking objects in the world. Unwanted consumables are simply used up, and unwanted magicite can be disassembled at the Magicite Shop for a partial fragment refund.
