Bamboo Strip is the fine woven-grade bamboo product in Starsand Island, cut from Bamboo Boards at the Cutter. Where boards make solid bamboo furniture, strips go into the woven and decorative pieces: screens, baskets, lamps, and pet furniture.

Cutting Recipe

The full chain starts from raw Bamboo (4 Bamboo to 1 Board, 2 Boards to 1 Strip), so each strip represents 8 Bamboo. Groves around Cloudrest Lake near the Panda House are the main harvesting area.

Major Uses

• Woven furniture. The Bamboo Screen, Square Rattan Coffee Table, and Wall-Mounted Flower Basket are built around Bamboo Strips at the Worktable.

• Lighting. The Bamboo Street Lamp and Brass Street Lamp each take 2 strips.

• Pet furniture. The Bamboo Cat Ear Pet Bed uses a strip alongside other bamboo parts.

Tips

• Cut strips on demand. Strips cost double their board input, so convert boards only when a specific woven recipe calls for them.
