Chaos Manufacturing

Chaos Manufacturing is the developer behind SOL Shogunate. The studio was founded by veteran developers with decades of experience working on a wide range of acclaimed game franchises, including work on Sony's Horizon series.

Horizon Lineage

The studio's Horizon lineage is directly visible in the robotic horse mount, which Chaos Manufacturing has publicly credited to that earlier work. The tone of SOL Shogunate is very different from Horizon, but the comfort with large-scale worldbuilding and sci-fi-meets-traditional design comes from the same source.
