Overview

The property and estate system lets players buy and manage real estate within Silvernia. Properties provide ongoing resource benefits and may influence the game world. The system was available during the Monotype Beta under the name "Estate Investment."
How it works
Players can purchase properties in different districts of Silvernia. Once owned, properties can be leased out to generate passive resource income. The type and location of the property affect the kind of resources it produces and the rate of return.
The system integrates with character progression and resource management. Income from properties supplements the resources earned through combat, exploration, and quest rewards, giving players a passive income stream alongside active gameplay.
Strategic value
Properties in different districts may provide different strategic advantages beyond just resource generation. The specifics of these advantages were not fully documented during the beta period, but the system's name, "Estate Investment," suggests a financial management layer where players make decisions about where to invest their in-game currency for the best returns.
Beta issues
During the Monotype Beta, the property system had some bugs. The mid-beta patch (v0.09.70.6) specifically fixed Estate Investment error messages, indicating the system was functional but rough around the edges. Since the beta was a test build, these issues are expected to be resolved before launch.
