Bubba is one of the companions who travel with Chigusa Choko. The publisher's English announcement copy introduces him as a companion and gives the spelling used here; alternative romanisations of the Japanese form are not the official English name. Trailer footage and the demo build both show him stylishly suit-clad.

In the gamescom 2026 Demo

In the build shown at gamescom 2026, Bubba walks with Choko during the opening section, alongside Michael Hero. At the camp he has pitched a tent outside the RV and can be spoken to there. In the trailer he reads as a white-suited showman in a Panama hat, caught mid-point in a theatrical pose, though the studio has not described him that way.

The demo does not explain his backstory. It gives him a look and a place at the camp, and leaves the rest for the finished game. gamescom 2026 Demo covers what that build did and did not include.

What Is Not Known

As of September 2026, Bubba's origin, age, nationality, occupation and connection to Choko are all unpublished, and nothing shown publicly covers what he does in a fight.
