Confirmed platforms

Project Windless has been confirmed for three platforms:

• PlayStation 5 (and PS5 Pro), confirmed by current community data

• Xbox Series X|S, confirmed by, andKRAFTON press materials

• PCconfirmed in the KRAFTON press release and the official website (windless.krafton.com)

The State of Play trailer was captured on PS5 Pro. No Nintendo Switch or last-generation console versions have been announced or hinted at.

Release date

No release date has been announced. KRAFTON's official statement: "Additional details, including the release window, will be announced at a later date."

The wiki lists "TBA 2026" based on earlier hints from Q3 2023, but KRAFTON has not committed to a 2026 release publicly. The State of Play trailer showed pre-alpha footage, which suggests the game may still have significant development ahead.

Working title

"Project Windless" is a working title. The final game name has not been confirmed. KRAFTON may announce a different name closer to release.

Game model

Project Windless is a premium, single-player experience with no multiplayer or live-service components. KRAFTON is the publisher. This is a buy-once, play-offline game in the traditional mold.

Developer

The game is developed by KRAFTON Montreal Studioled by Patrik Methe. The studio was established in February 2023 as KRAFTON's first Canadian AAA game studio. Project Windless is their debut title.
