Overview

Vikavolt is a Bug/Electric-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Stag Beetle Pokemon (Dex #140). Displaying exceptional mobility, it weaves between trees and shoots down bird Pokemon with its electromagnetic beams. Vikavolt is the final stage of the Grubbin and Charjabug family. It carries two specialties: Chop and Generate, making it a powerful dual-purpose Pokemon for lumber and electricity.

Habitat

Vikavolt is found at the Tree-shaded Flower Bed habitat (#009), located in Palette Town.

Vikavolt is a Rare visitor at this habitat. It is available during all times of day (Dawn, Day, Dusk, Night) and in all weather conditions (Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy). Other Pokemon at this habitat include Goomy (Common) and Cacturne (Rare).

Location

The Tree-shaded Flower Bed habitat is found in Palette Town. Palette Town becomes accessible after progressing through the main story and unlocking additional islands. Once you reach Palette Town, plant a Berry Tree and four Wildflowers near each other to create this habitat.

How to Befriend

Plant any Berry Tree and four Wildflowers near each other in Palette Town to create the Tree-shaded Flower Bed habitat. Since Vikavolt is a Rare visitor, be patient and check the habitat regularly. Walk up and interact with Vikavolt when it appears to befriend it.

Specialties

Chop

Vikavolt has the Chop specialty. Pokemon with the Chop specialty can process small logs into lumber. When logs are placed near Vikavolt, it will chop them into usable lumber for crafting and building.

Generate

Vikavolt also has the Generate specialty. Pokemon with this specialty will power nearby machines in their free time. Vikavolt's electromagnetic abilities make it a natural fit for keeping electrical equipment running. Station it near Vending Machines, streetlights, or other powered furniture to keep them operational.

Preferences

Vikavolt prefers bright environments. Surround its habitat with natural items, electronic gadgets, exercise equipment, and glass objects to raise its Comfort Level. Unlike Charjabug, Vikavolt enjoys exercise and nice breezes, reflecting its active flying nature.

Related Pokemon

Vikavolt is the final stage of a three-member family that includes Grubbin (Dex #138) and Charjabug (Dex #139). In the main Pokemon series, Charjabug evolves into Vikavolt when leveled up in a special magnetic field area or with a Thunder Stone. In Pokopia, all three must be found at their own habitats. Vikavolt is the only family member found at the Tree-shaded Flower Bed habitat; Grubbin and Charjabug share the Vending Machine Break Area. All three have the Chop specialty, while Charjabug and Vikavolt also have Generate.

Tips

• Vikavolt has the same dual Chop and Generate specialties as Charjabug, but requires reaching Palette Town first. If you need these specialties earlier, start with Charjabug instead.

• The Tree-shaded Flower Bed habitat also attracts Goomy (Common) and Cacturne (Rare), so building it lets you encounter multiple Pokemon.

• Station Vikavolt near electrical equipment and log piles for maximum efficiency from its dual specialties.

• Other Generate Pokemon include Elekid, Electabuzz, Electivire, Charjabug, and Flaaffy.
