Overview

Glowing Mushrooms are a raw material in Pokemon Pokopia found exclusively inside cave environments. They emit a soft bioluminescent light and are used in crafting recipes for decorative items, light sources, and certain habitat furniture.

How to Obtain

Caves are accessible in every region once you have the appropriate Ditto Transformations to navigate terrain obstacles. Glowing Mushrooms appear as bright spots on cave surfaces and can be collected by walking up to them and interacting.

Crafting Uses

Glowing Mushrooms are used in crafting recipes for luminous furniture and decorations. They provide a natural light source alternative to electric-powered lamps, which is useful in areas where electricity has not yet been restored. Mushroom-based light fixtures are also popular for cave-themed or nature-themed builds.

Tips

The caves in Rocky Ridges tend to have the highest concentration of Glowing Mushrooms due to the volcanic cave systems. Since mushrooms are a finite pickup per visit, check caves periodically as they respawn over time. Glowing Mushrooms are also a good early lighting solution before you unlock the Brightness System infrastructure in Bleak Beach.
