Glimmet is a Rock/Poison-type Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia, classified as the Ore Pokemon (Dex #203). It absorbs nutrients from cave walls, and the petals it wears are made of crystallized poison. Glimmet evolves into Glimmora in the main series. It carries the Litter specialty, which causes it to drop Iron Ore near its habitat, making it a valuable resource-producing companion.
Glimmet can be found at two habitats.
The thick moss near the stalagmites and the long glowing lantern create a slightly creepy vibe.
Item | Quantity | Notes |

Stalagmites | 1 | Cave-themed decoration |
Moss | 4 | Natural ground cover |

Glimmet is a Common visitor at the Creepy White Rocks habitat. It is available during all times of day (Morning, Day, Evening, Night) and in all weather conditions (Sunny, Cloudy, Rainy). This habitat also attracts Glimmora (Rare).
Looks like someone snuck a snack by some storage containers. Pokemon might like a spot like this.

Glimmet is a Common visitor at the Container Snacking habitat. It shares this habitat with Diglett (Common) and Glimmora (Common). Available during all times and in all weather.
Both of Glimmet's habitats are straightforward to build. The Creepy White Rocks habitat requires Stalagmites, Moss, a Wooden Crate, and a Lantern. The Container Snacking habitat needs a Barrel, Wooden Crate, Lantern, and Plated Food. Since Glimmet is Common at both, it should appear frequently once either habitat is set up. Walk up and interact with it to befriend it.
Glimmet has the Litter specialty. Pokemon with the Litter specialty will drop useful materials near their homes. Glimmet specifically produces Iron Ore, which is a crafting material used in various recipes. Having Glimmet around your base provides a passive supply of Iron Ore without needing to gather it manually.

Glimmet evolves into Glimmora (Dex #204) in the main Pokemon series at level 35. In Pokopia, there is no evolution mechanic, so each member must be found at its own habitat independently. Both Glimmet and Glimmora share the Creepy White Rocks and Container Snacking habitats, though their rarities differ. They also share compatible preferences including a dark ideal environment and a fondness for stone and shiny things.
The Container Snacking habitat is the better choice if you want to encounter both Glimmet and Glimmora as Common visitors. At the Creepy White Rocks, Glimmora is only Rare.
Glimmet's Litter specialty makes it one of the most useful resource Pokemon. The Iron Ore it drops is used in many crafting recipes, so befriending Glimmet early saves a lot of manual gathering time.
Since Glimmet prefers dark environments, consider placing its habitat in a shadowy or cave-like area of your island for maximum Comfort Level.
Both habitats require a Lantern, which needs a power source. Make sure you have a Generator or a Pokemon with the Generate specialty nearby.
