Yu'er is a quest giver in Phantom Blade Zero whose story begins in Weeping Creek Valley. Her requests connect the search for a remedy for her father with later medical work in the valley and Crimson Forest.

Flesh Lily
Ask Yu'er how to save her father when you first meet her to begin Flesh Lily. Continue until the fight with Hua, Deadly Betrothed, and collect the Twin Flesh Lilies at the altar afterward. Return to Yu'er at the Outpost to advance her story. The handover is part of a longer questline; her eventual journey back to Pangzhen should not be confused with the initial collection objective.
Apprentice Healer
At the Outpost, ask Yu'er about gathering herbs. She requests Blood-Stopper Vine, Congealeaf and Blemish Goldweed. Blood-Stopper Vine is at the end of the stream below the stone-bridge route. The other two herbs are described near the camp and cell route and the river east of Long Pillar Overlook. Return with all three to continue the questline.
A Healer's Mercy
After Apprentice Healer, find Yu'er at the Thieves' Camp. Speak about the wounded thieves, then use her Life-Saving Pill to treat the four marked patients. The patients include underground routes that require the local cranks and dungeon key. Return to Yu'er after treating all four.
Questline accessories
Medicine Case and Calming Gourd are associated with Yu'er's questline. Medicine Case increases healing from Medicine by 20%. Calming Gourd lets medicine use recover Soul from Guard Break and prevents Sha-Chi consumption for 3 seconds. The individual quest reward listings differ, so the route descriptions above do not assign either accessory to an unverified handover.
