Revision 2

Overview

Heyu is a Neighbor in Petit Planet. His listed profession is Hot Spring Innkeeper, and official material presents him under the title "Toss Some Cumin into the Hot Spring, and Let the Way Commune with Nature".

Heyu is one of three Neighbors who appeared for the first time when the official Neighbor showcase was refreshed on August 26, 2026, the same day sign-ups opened for the Final Beta Test and the game was given a Winter 2026 release window. Manna and Tika arrived in the same refresh.

Character

Official copy builds Heyu around a wellness routine of his own devising: soaking in hot springs, burning incense, meditating, turning in early, and drinking plenty of hot water. It pairs that with a deliberately sage-like image, including a feather fan he keeps in hand even in the dead of winter, then undercuts the pose by adding that looking the part matters less than the state of mind behind it. Staying in good spirits is presented as his real secret to a long life.

The profession points at a hot spring inn as his setting, but no official material describes such a location as a place the player can visit, and none has appeared in a playable build so far.

Profile

What Is Not Yet Known

Only Heyu's name, profession, title, and a short character description have been published. No official material gives his home galaxy, his birthday, his species, his gift preferences, or his friendship rewards, and no hot spring system has been shown in any playable build. He was not among the Neighbors documented in the Coziness Test or Stardrift Test builds, and the September 21 Final Beta notes now confirm that he can be met on Starsea Voyages and invited to settle on the player's planet.

Because the official showcase rotates a featured selection rather than listing every Neighbor, his presence there confirms that he exists but says nothing about where he sits in the wider roster.
