Stillmeadow House
August 26, 2026 at 02:39 PM
Initial version (2026-08-26)
Stillmeadow House is a purchasable property added in Version 1.3, "Rising from the Moonlit Fog", on August 19, 2026. It costs Fons x6,900,000, requires City Tycoon Lvl 13 to buy, and is a permanent listing rather than a limited-time offer. Its sales copy is "City Close, Country Calm.", and the property is described in game as:
A modern take on country living, blending smart home comforts with a landscaped courtyard to create an elegant escape from city life for both body and mind.
Despite the country framing, Stillmeadow House is not in Duskmoor. It sits on Caltrop Lake Road in the Miguel District, and it is graded as an L Property, the entry tier in the real estate interface. That makes it the most expensive L‑tier home on the market by a wide margin, because what it is really selling is not floor space.

Stillmeadow House is the reason farming exists as an income activity. Version 1.3 made farm produce sellable, and the property is where the crops are grown. The official note attached to the listing is that crops grown at this property can be sold for Fons by spending City Stamina, which puts it in the same economic bracket as the other stamina-gated city jobs rather than in the passive-income bracket.
Two Version 1.3 changes bear directly on how profitable that loop is. The City Tycoon Lvl 16 perk was improved so that City Stamina is consumed at 200% speed instead of 100%, which raises the ceiling on how much produce can be pushed through in a session. Separately, the Stamina Recharge event ran from August 24 to August 31 with City Stamina consumed at 2x efficiency in Hethereau Hobbies activities. Exact crop types, growth timers, yields and sale prices have not been documented.
Seven properties are listed for sale across Hethereau. Stillmeadow House is the third most expensive and the only one with a farming function.

Tiers run L for entry-level lofts and small apartments, LL for mid-tier apartments, and LLL for top-tier high-rises and villas. Tier reflects size and price bracket, not quality of the Furniture that can be placed inside.
Stillmeadow House uses the same decoration system as every other home. Regular furniture contributes Comfort and Collection points to the property total, while a smaller set of special pieces grant a unique effect instead of stats. Version 1.3 added a "Claim All" button to the Anomaly Furniture Effects screen, so daily Anomaly Furniture rewards can now be collected across every property you own in a single click rather than house by house. That change makes owning an additional property meaningfully less tedious.
