Overview
Pegasus Residence is a new player residence introduced as part of the Porsche Collaboration in Version 1.1 of Neverness to Everness. The residence ships with a built-in car elevator, allowing players to park a Porsche 918 Spyder or other collected vehicles directly inside the apartment, a feature not offered by any other residence available at the time of the Version 1.1 release.
Car Elevator Feature
The car elevator is the headline furnishing of Pegasus Residence. Players can drive supported vehicles into the elevator from a ground-level entry point, ride up, and park inside the residence space. The elevator works with the Porsche 918 Spyder added through the v1.1 collaboration as well as compatible vehicles from the existing pool. The feature combines the housing and vehicle systems in a way that previous residences did not.
Acquisition
The residence is a direct, permanent shop purchase for Fons 7,500,000 with a confirmed unlock requirement of City Tycoon Lvl 13. Both values appear in the official Version 1.1 update notes. It shipped with the June 3, 2026 update as part of the Porsche Collaboration.
The update notes also confirm one functional perk: the Anomaly Furniture "Mechanic" can be upgraded to Lvl 7 in this property, a cap it does not reach elsewhere.
The in-game listing describes Pegasus Residence as a penthouse duplex by one of Hethereau's renowned commissioned designers, occupying the building's top floor with a fan-shaped layout, panoramic city views, a private open-air pool, and a sky garage reached by automotive elevator.
Confirmation Status
Pegasus Residence, the car elevator feature, and the Porsche 918 Spyder integration were all confirmed during the Version 1.1 Special Program broadcast on May 23, 2026.
Version 1.2 Changes
Version 1.2 improved the Pegasus Residence elevator on July 8, 2026, one of several quality-of-life passes in that update. The same version added a Decor Blueprint feature and the ability to share Home Decor Blueprints, so a residence layout can be saved and passed to other players rather than rebuilt by hand.
Version 1.2 also raised the furniture Collection level cap and added one-tap collect. Players whose Collection had already passed the old cap before the update now have that excess counted normally instead of being discarded.
