Anomaly Property is the housing system in Neverness to Everness. After the player unlocks property browsing, they can buy units across Hethereau in three main tiers, L (compact starter lofts), LL (mid-range apartments), and LLL (top-tier villas), priced in Fons. Once a unit is owned, the player can place Furniture inside it to bank Comfort, Fortune, Love, and Collection property stats. Hitting property-stat thresholds rewards currency, recipes, and additional unit slots, while special Anomaly Furniture pieces unlock account-wide gameplay effects whenever they remain placed.

Fenglin Villa sits in the LLL Property tier, the housing catalog's flagship listings. LLL units have the largest floor plans, the highest property-stat ceilings, and accommodate the highest-grade decoration sets without running out of placement slots.

How to Buy

• Unlock the housing system. Anomaly Property browsing becomes available once the main story has progressed past the introduction to the city. Until then, the property kiosks in the in-game UI remain grayed out.

• Open the in-game property browser. From the city map, navigate to the housing tab and filter by tier. Fenglin Villa appears in the LLL Property tier listings; the unit thumbnail and stats line up with the values in the table above.

• Save up the asking price. 8,000,000 Fons is the listed amount; Fons is earned through city activities, side businesses, anomaly commissions, and event payouts.

• Confirm the purchase. Buying a property transfers ownership immediately. The unit then appears in the player's owned list and becomes a fast-travel destination from anywhere in the city map.

• Fenglin Villa comes with 8 parking slots, so any owned vehicles assigned to the unit are stored on-site and accessible without retrieval delays when fast-traveling to the property.

• Place Furniture inside Fenglin Villa as soon as ownership transfers; property stats only count placed pieces, so an empty unit contributes zero to the Comfort, Fortune, Love, and Collection pools.

• LLL-tier villas have the largest indoor and outdoor footprints in the housing system. Plan placement so high-grade S-Grade decorative pieces fill the focal rooms first; lower-grade pieces are best used to top up the Collection threshold across secondary rooms.

• Owned units double as fast-travel anchors. Adding Fenglin Villa to your owned list places a permanent warp point in Bridge Crossings, which is convenient even if the player has no immediate plan to decorate the interior.
