Lantern Parade begins at the haunted gas station on Kaplan Road in Duskmoor. Read the notice on the yellow sign beneath the lamp post. The anomaly appears between 20:00 and 05:00 in the in-game day, so adjust the clock before starting.
Interact with the lamp post to make a shadow appear. Follow it along the road. Whenever it stops beneath another lamp, turn that lamp on to move the shadow onward. The screen can blur and darken during the pursuit.
At the tunnel, use the switch where the shadow stops to turn on the lights. Defeat the Leech Spawn and the other enemies that appear to complete the commission.
