Initial version (2026-04-23): 49 city achievements with tier breakdown and hidden medal list
City Achievements is the CITY completion category in Neverness to Everness. It contains 49 achievements out of the 388 total, with 25 Bronze, 14 Silver, 10 Gold entries and 0 hidden achievements tucked behind easter eggs or one-off interactions. Rewards urban lifestyle activities in Hethereau: auctions, Tycoon gameplay, animal petting, seasonal city events, and other slice-of-life loops that sit outside combat.
City achievements are gated behind the City Stamina pool rather than combat stamina, which means they scale with time spent in the urban simulation loop rather than combat grind. Most unlock naturally alongside Tycoon progression, auction house use, and Anomaly Furniture upgrades.

Tiered achievements stack: completing the highest visible tier automatically fires every lower tier in the same series. That means a player who only needs the final medal can ignore the Bronze and Silver steps, but the counters still track every intermediate unlock for completion stats. Hidden achievements are not tiered and each must be triggered through its own specific condition.
