Expanded with ETD-4 roster, Containment Unit details, and organizational structure
The Bureau of Anomaly Control (BAC) is organized into multiple departments responsible for Anomaly and Esper management in Hethereau. The Bureau has a Director who oversees operations, and its staff participate in containment safety exams.
