Overview
The Hethereau Residents Guide is the official pre-launch web event for Neverness to Everness, hosted on the game's official website by Hotta Studio and Perfect World Games. It invites prospective players to settle into the city of Hethereau before global launch and rewards them for completing a handful of simple community tasks. Everyone who participates can walk away with a bundle of in-game items that get delivered to their account once the game goes live, and a smaller group of lucky players will win real world prizes through a drawing.
Unlike a typical in-game event, this one takes place entirely in the browser. You do not need to own or download the game to join in. The only requirement is an NTE account, which is the same account you use for pre-registration rewards. The event is designed as a soft onboarding experience that teases the world of Hethereau, introduces the game's economy, and drops free resources into your account so you have a stronger start the moment launch day arrives.
For a broader look at the launch window and how the Hethereau Residents Guide fits alongside the rest of the rollout, see the launch roadmap and the release date and launch page.
Event Dates
The Hethereau Residents Guide runs from March 26, 2026 through April 28, 2026, ending one day before the global launch on April 29, 2026. That gives participants a little over five weeks to finish the event's tasks, earn draw tickets, and select which rewards they want dropped into their inventories at launch.
Quests and rewards unlock progressively across the event window, so there is no need to rush everything in the opening days. Players who join late can still clear the core missions in a single session and claim the full reward pool as long as they finish before the April 28 cutoff.
The web event sits alongside other community events running during the same period, including pre-registration milestone unlocks and the global countdown campaign.
In-Game Rewards
Participants who complete the full set of Hethereau Residents Guide tasks can claim the following in-game rewards. These are delivered to your account on launch day and can be redeemed by logging in with the same NTE account or registered email used during the event.
Reward | Quantity / Type | Notes |
|---|---|---|
1 A-Class Arc | A guaranteed A-Class Arc that every participant receives, headlining the event's reward pool. | |
1 | A premium gacha resource used to roll on banners. Fabricated Dice are the game's signature pull currency. | |
3,000 | Premium currencies used for gacha pulls and shop purchases, typically acquired from top-up bundles. | |
6,000 | General-purpose currency earned through gameplay, used for everyday upgrades and city services in Hethereau. | |
Senior Hunter Guides | 3 | Experience materials that help accelerate hunter level progression during the early story. |
Colorless Dyes | 3 | Cosmetic items used to recolor outfits. A handy bonus for players who plan to customize their look right out of the gate. |
Reward quantities reflect the figures published by the official event page and confirmed by Icy Veins' event coverage. Final in-game values may be adjusted slightly at launch.
The Forgotten Arc
The headline reward is The Forgotten, an A-Class Arc that is given to every participant who completes the event. Arcs in Neverness to Everness are the soul weapons that Hunters bind to in combat, and each one carries its own element, move set, and signature abilities. A-Class is the second-highest rarity tier, sitting just below the S-Class pulls that headline limited banners, which makes The Forgotten a strong addition to any starter loadout.
Because The Forgotten is handed out for free, most players will be able to slot it in alongside their pre-registration character and their first story rewards without spending any premium pulls. This effectively gives every event participant a head start on team building and lets newcomers test out how Arcs feel before committing to a banner character.

Physical Prize Drawings
On top of the in-game rewards, the Hethereau Residents Guide also hosts a drawing for real world prizes. As you clear quests during the event, you earn draw tickets that can be used to enter either the in-game reward inventory or the physical prize pool. Winners are selected at random from the entries submitted during the event window.
The confirmed physical prizes are:
PlayStation 5 Digital Edition: A full console, awarded to a small number of grand prize winners. This is the headline real world reward and a nod to the fact that Neverness to Everness is launching on PlayStation 5 alongside PC and mobile.
Amazon Gift Cards: Multiple gift cards ranging in value from $10 to $50, distributed to additional winners throughout the event.
The drawing is optional. Players who are only interested in the in-game rewards can ignore the physical prize pool entirely and spend their tickets on the guaranteed inventory items instead. Spending tickets on the drawing does not reduce the pool of tickets available for in-game items as long as you have enough tickets in total, so strategic participants usually split their tickets between both pools to cover all their bases.
How to Participate
Joining the event is straightforward and takes only a few minutes for the core quests. The steps below walk through the full participation flow.
Visit the official Hethereau Residents Guide event page on the Neverness to Everness website at nte.perfectworld.com.
Log in with your NTE account, or register a new one using the same email you plan to use in game. Your account must already be pre-registered for launch to qualify for rewards.
Complete the event quests, which include tasks such as pre-registering for the game, sharing the event page on social media, and creating a personalized Hethereau ID card inside the web tool.
Collect draw tickets as each quest is completed. Additional tickets can be earned by logging in on different days and by inviting friends to join the event.
Open the event inventory and choose which in-game rewards to slot for delivery. Because inventory space is limited, decide which items are the highest priority for your intended playstyle.
Optionally, spend additional tickets on the physical prize drawing to enter the raffle for an Amazon gift card or a PlayStation 5 Digital Edition.
Return to the event periodically before April 28, 2026 to claim daily and recurring quests for extra tickets.
Reward Distribution
In-game rewards from the Hethereau Residents Guide are not delivered while the event is running. Instead, they are queued on your account and dropped into your mailbox after the game launches on April 29, 2026. You must log into Neverness to Everness with the same account or registered email you used to participate in the event; rewards cannot be transferred between accounts, and there is no cross-account claim option.
For physical prizes, winners of the drawings are contacted directly by the event team through the contact information on their NTE account. Shipping and gift card delivery eligibility may vary by region, so participants should check the official event terms for details on where physical prizes can be sent.
If you miss the event deadline on April 28, 2026, the rewards cannot be claimed retroactively. Players who want to lock in The Forgotten Arc and the currency bundle should finish the core quests well before the cutoff window closes.
Tips
Finish the core quests during your first visit. The main tasks only take a few minutes, and clearing them early guarantees you qualify for the in-game reward bundle even if life gets busy later in the event window.
Prioritize the guaranteed in-game items before spending tickets on the physical drawing. The Forgotten Arc, Fabricated Dice, and currencies are the highest value rewards for every participant.
Use the same email address for pre-registration, the web event, and your in-game account. If the emails do not match, reward delivery on launch day can be delayed or blocked.
Invite friends for bonus tickets. Referral rewards are one of the easiest ways to stack extra entries for the drawing without grinding daily logins.
Log in on multiple days during the event window. Some reward tiers are tied to daily check-ins, so spreading out your participation gives you more total tickets than a single visit.
Keep an eye on the event page for milestone announcements. Pre-registration totals can unlock bonus rewards for everyone, including the free character Haniel at 30 million sign-ups.
Screenshot your participation confirmation. If a reward fails to show up on launch day, having proof of completion makes support tickets much faster to resolve.
