Initial version (2026-08-06): walkthrough for the finale quest in Magnolia
The Capital of Talea is the final main quest in LumenTale: Memories of Trey, set in Magnolia, the capital city. It covers the tournament at the stadium, the confrontation with Blanco at the AARI building, the recovery of Trey's memories, an escape sequence built on Holoken type powers, a stadium defense played as Ales, and the closing battles against Eterjian and the final boss Majetsune. Major story spoilers follow. For where it sits in the story, see the List of Main Quests.
Follow Ander to the fountain at the Piazza, then rest at the Lumen Club up the stairs above the fountain. Choosing to rest until the tournament advances the story past a point of no return, so finish any side business first.
In the Lumen Quarter, reach the stadium in the north by the lift on its right side. Playing as Nada, visit Blanco at the AARI building; as Trey, buy Moratelle from the vendors at the stadium entrance and beat two suspicious AARI workers in battle. Confronting Blanco in the AARI lobby leads to a scripted loss: your Animon barely scratch his team in this first fight.
Trey then travels through his own memories, with the option to revisit scenes from across the game in clearer detail. Afterward, escape confinement by smashing walls with a Geo Animon in your Holoken and beating the guards in your way.
Working through the building, you deactivate rounds of terminals across two floors. The routes mix guard fights with Holoken powers: Virus power moves machines out of the way, Geo power breaks walls, Water power extinguishes a burning hallway, Electric power raises a bridge, and Grass power crosses a gap. Shops and a rest area on the upper floor let you stock up before the finale.
On the rooftop you face Blanco in a real battle. His Animon are standard species with boosted HP, in line with other boss fights. Straight after Blanco you fight the Animon Eterjian.
Control switches to Ales, who must defeat 25 Animon in the stadium by firing projectiles, much like throwing Bilias as Trey. Three toggleable modes shape the shooting: Single fires one projectile at a time, Charge fires stronger shots at a slower rate, and Multi fires a spreadshot.
Back with Trey, the game's final battle is against the Animon Majetsune. It grows more aggressive once its HP drops below 50%, so head into the second half with defenses ready.
Beating Majetsune rolls the final cutscene and credits, then returns you to the main menu. Reloading your save puts you back before the final decision, with the optional dungeons open and several previously beaten boss Animon available for rematches in select areas.
