Overview

Honor of Kings: World offers several paid customization services for the player's Child of the Primal Flow character. Prices were published as part of the S0 launch monetization structure.

Character Creation Depth

At character creation, the player can freely sculpt their face (捏脸), choose gender, select base outfit, and pick voice. These initial choices are free. Subsequent changes cost Jingpo (for appearance) or a special card (for gender). The 500 Jingpo price is moderate and accessible through free gameplay for most players, reducing the pressure to get character creation 'right' on the first attempt.

Image Transformation Card

The Image Transformation Card (形象转换卡) is a special item required for subsequent gender swaps after the free first swap. The card's acquisition path is not fully detailed in launch-window sources; it is likely purchasable with diamonds or obtainable through specific events. Confirmation should be checked against in-game details before citing exact acquisition methods elsewhere.

Context in Monetization Landscape

Customization fees are an ancillary revenue stream, not a primary monetization driver. The primary monetization categories are the Tianshang skin banner, main-character outfits like Crimson Star Blazing Ash, the 168 CNY Deluxe Battle Pass, and stamina top-up packs. Customization fees operate at a smaller per-transaction value that accommodates players who want to refine their character look without feeling locked in.
